Booking Terms and Conditions

Fees: The agreed fee for your event (which may include travel costs) is shown on the quotation and Invoice.
 

Deposits: Should you wish to pay the fee in stages the following deposit amounts are required:

  • 50% to secure the booking and block the date

Payment: Payment of the balance of the fee (minus the deposit) is taken at the event, unless otherwise agreed.  An invoice will be provided on request. Payment will be accepted by cash, cheque, bank transfer or online payment through this website.

Late payments: If an invoice is not settled within fourteen days after the event, late payment compensation (10% of the agreed fee) will be added to the original invoice amount. Any reasonable costs of recovery over and above 10% of the agreed fee may also be added to the final bill.

Change of circumstances: Any alterations to the booking once it has been agreed by all parties will be considered, but changes of venues or significant time changes may attract additional costs to the agreed fee in the form of travel costs or other additional expenditure.

I will always do my utmost to arrive on time for your event.  If, however I am delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, on arrival, I will endeavor to provide the agreed performance.  If this is not possible for any reason, I will renegotiate the agreed fee. If you are at all unhappy about any aspect of the service, please do not hesitate to raise the matter with me and I shall do my very best to resolve it for you.

The Magic Circle, The Ilford Magic Society  & Equity. He has Full Public Liability cover, a DBS, Disclosure and Baring Service (Previously known as CRB Checked) is available for inspection on request.
